Tom is a Swiss-trained Chef with over 30 years experience and many Awards.

While we were proprietors of the Rockfield Hotel in Grappenhall. Warrington we received the AA Rosette and the RAC Good Food Award for every year we were there. After all this time our passion for good food has remained.
