I Sample the Home2Home Experience

As a woman on the go, I have little time for cooking and food preparation, but I do worry about the effect on my health of eating heavily processed ready meals so often. I was thrilled, therefore, to find that a catering company in Moore that will put in the hard work and create beautiful, home-made, additive-free ready meals and deliver them directly to my door.

Thinking this sounded too good to be true, I decided to sample the wares of Home2Home Dining for myself. Feeling in the mood for some winter comfort food, I ordered the Pork Loin Rahm Schnitzel and the Creamy Vegetable Bake with Rosti Topping to accompany.

The first dish featured two succulent slices of pork covered in a wonderfully rich white wine, chestnut mushroom and cream sauce along with a generous helping of tasty mushrooms. Each forkful literally melted in my mouth, the creamy sauce amalgamating perfectly with the tender meat.

The vegetable bake constituted of a jumble of onion, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, beans and sweetcorn in a béchamel sauce topped with indulgent potato rosti. I could instantly taste the freshness of the vegetables and the combination of textures worked wonderfully. The subtle spices of the sauce and the distinct flavours of the various vegetables were complemented perfectly by the buttery rosti.

The meal far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and taste, and I would recommend the catering company to anyone.
